What this is
Not a support plan. A partnership.
This is hiring me like an in-house senior, without the salary, the contract, the 9-to-5, or the overhead.
You get a senior dev and Linux sysadmin with rare-skill range. WHMCS, WordPress, servers, AI, mobile, on your team for the year. Unlimited flexible hours: I pace the work my way, you get the outcomes. When something is urgent, I am your hand, fast response, fast fix.
Point me at whatever shows up, a broken module, a sluggish server, a half-built idea, a security audit, a new feature, a hire you are considering. Guide, support, development, installation, setup, management. If it's in my skill set, it's yours. A to Z, all included.
No cap on the ask
Ask for anything. Even all of it.
Hand me the whole list, however long it is, and I work through all of it - big builds, small fixes, and everything you have been putting off. Nothing is ever "too much" to ask.
I do it locally, on my own time, for as many hours as the work takes, until every single item is finished. Your list never expires, and I do not stop until it is done.

I want to work with a small group of good people, deeply.
For a decade I built one-off projects. They ended. The relationships that mattered most kept ending with them. This year I am changing that. I am limiting myself to a small number of clients, so I can show up properly for the ones I keep.

The Year With Me is a subscription-style retainer with Shahid Malla. You pay monthly, every six months, or yearly, and get an agreed monthly bandwidth of development, design, and consulting time — no re-quoting per task.
Who is The Year With Me for?
Founders, agencies, and product teams who need an ongoing development partner — for WHMCS / WordPress / Laravel work, custom modules, hosting infrastructure, AI integrations, and rapid iteration without per-project negotiation.
How does billing work?
You pick a billing cycle (monthly, every 6 months, or yearly) and a tier. Yearly is the best value (≈37% off monthly). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle and can be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period.
What's the difference between The Year With Me and project-based work?
Project work is quoted per scope; you pay once. The Year With Me gives you continuous access — faster turnaround, no quoting friction, and priority over project clients during your retainer period.
